Step by Step InstructionsUse a high quality paint.
If possible use a roller with an extension pole.
Load a lot of paint into the roller, moving it in the bucket that contains the paint.
Apply a layer of paint in a big section of the wall you want to paint.
Move the roller up and down in the wall, as you load a lot of paint you can forget about the tray.
Concentrate your eyes on the wall, going back and forth.
To do a good finish near frames:
Take a good amount of paint and apply it about 3/4 inch away from the frame.
Load the brush with paint, with enough paint so you can look only at the frame going straight instead of going to the tray.
